Keeping the Light
Tuesday, December 22 | 6:00 to 9:00 PM
Join us on the eve of the Cold Moon for a quiet, cozy gathering centered around rest, reflection, warmth, and keeping the light through the longest nights of the year.
As winter settles in, the Cold Moon invites us to slow down and listen. Together, we’ll reflect on what this year has taught us, what we are ready to leave behind, and what small sparks we want to protect as we move into a new season.
Expect candlelight, warm tea, journaling, conversation, and simple intentional activities inspired by winter folklore, the solstice season, and the comfort of gathering together during the dark.
Bring a journal, a blanket or cozy item, a snack to share if you’d like, and something that represents the light you want to carry forward.
Themes may include:
Rest and stillness
Reflection and closure
Warmth and sanctuary
Grief and release
Hope during dark seasons
Protecting your energy
Community care
Carrying your light into the new year
This is a welcoming, beginner-friendly gathering rooted in folklore, creativity, seasonal living, education, and connection. You don’t need to identify as a witch, pagan, spiritual, or anything else to attend.
Ages 18+ | $15 admission
Your admission helps cover tea, activity supplies, and the bills that keep the Holler open. If cost is a barrier, reach out privately before the event to discuss ticket assistance. 🖤
