Step into the Hourglass Social for a Halloween celebration inspired by the beautifully strange parties of decades past.
We’re bringing together vintage Halloween, old-fashioned glamour, witchy folklore, and just the right amount of mischief for an evening of costumes, music, snacks, games, photos, and community.
Think paper moons, black cats, candlelight, classic monsters, pin curls, painted masks, fortune tellers, and the kind of Halloween decorations your strange little grandma might have kept in her attic.
Come dressed in vintage-inspired Halloween attire, as a classic monster, a glamorous ghost, a witch from another era, or simply as your favorite spooky self. Costumes are encouraged, but never required.

Come for an hour or stay all evening. Stop in before or after one of the downtown ghost tours, then continue exploring everything happening downtown on Halloween night.
Advance tickets guarantee admission. Walk-ins are welcome as space allows. Due to the size of the studio, attendance is limited to 30 guests at one time.
The Hourglass Social is a quarterly gathering for people who want to dress up, meet interesting humans, celebrate the season, and experience a little everyday magic. It is not a women-only event, and you do not need to be a witch or know anything about witchcraft to attend.
After the social, guests who are 21 and older are invited to continue the evening at Taste of Ohio.
